a Wrinkle in Time…

Today I was browsing my Google Account Photos and realized I had a bunch of images from when I first began my photography journey. I’m not sure if I’ve “improved”; however, I know that I am much more confident that I will create the images that I aim for without as much need for edit. I have also learned to identify the “light” a bit better and as one of my friends pointed out recently, I have learned how to explain things to others in such a way that I am able to teach/encourage them. I think it is this latter element that I most humbly embrace and am thankful for. I may not be the “best” photographer; but, if I am able to help someone else become better and enjoy the experience of capturing light more through something I have said or showed them, this creates a much greater warmth within and joy that is beyond words.
